75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild citrusy and grassy. Citrusy, peachy and mild spiced. Fruity and citrusy finish. Mild hoppy and fruity finish. Seemed slight off - yet not really gone bad.

(bottle, 75cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty and sweet malty aroma with notes of vubblegum, banana and a spicy clovy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and distinctively wheat-malty taste with notes of banana and citrus, accompanied by lighter spicy notes of cloves, cinnamon and vanilla Sweet and slightly bitter malt-accented finish with a rounded spicy touch. Likeable and mildly spiced Weizenbock. 29.XII.08

Bottle. Wheaty aroma, hint of clove. Hazy golden colour. Good stable white head. Distinct clove flavour, quite sweet. There might be some cinnamon in the aftertaste, or it could just be the clove again.

Bottle. Amber, champagne bubbles, low head. Bubblegum, banana and light citrus nose. Banana, light almondy notes, clove spicing is evident, light cinnamon retronasal, the fruit has disappeared. Generally a wheatbeer with a bit more goods in it. Banana retronasal. Medium body, light sparkly.

Bottle 750ml: A bit hazy, golden, lively carbonation, firm creamy white head. Light to moderate spicy < cinnamon > nose over a fruity-wheaty base. Creamy MF, moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied. Moderate sweetish-sourish finish with some faint spicy undertones. Fine brew, a nice combination of a german Weizenbock and a belgian Ale and by far the best brew I*ve ever had from Giesing....... Dank an Jonas!
