Guest bottle from Press online. Mojito glass @home. Hazy, honey, strong head. Bittersweet apple mush & straw nose. Carbonic sweet, fresh mushrooms, bitter-sharp & bittersweet apple, papaya, straw, gum, faint barnyard, clay. Prickly, irritating carbonation, pithy texture, headache. Kinda good, but difficult to finish a whole 750.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Bottle. Clear light golden. Sour apple, soft vinegar, lemon, funky, fresh red apple, grassy, bark. Almost medium sweet and sour. Soft bitter. Medium bodied, quite dry. Not a huge fan of sour cider bit this is OK.
