Bottle, via Kernel’s online shop. Long live the lockdown. Pale gold. Light haze. No head. Nose has a milky sourness. Aged wood. Grape skin. Bit of a rhubarb like twang. Taste is dry and tart, with a lightly acidic twist. Light body here. Fine carbonation. Tart and light acidic finish. Was expecting more, to be honest.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours slightly unclear gold with a small, foamy white head. Gorgeous beer, mildly acidic, some lemony tang, decent funk, nips of grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Quenching finish, lightly tart, more light funk. Awesome.

Flavour is composed of sharp and tangy, lemon and lime,, lacto funk. Light wood. Sharp, earthy apple. Palate is sharp, lemon. Palate is crisp and tart, oyster. Highish carbonation.. Nice drying tannin in the finish. Good.
