Draft at ML Fontainas. Sour grains, soft funk, plums, vanilla, oak, lactic. Quite light bodied. Very tasty.

Keg at Cotteridge Wines. Pours hazed golden amber, no head. Sour aroma, lemon & funk. Taste: sharp, tangy citrus, greengage, white grape. Very dry. Medium body with low/no carbonation. Not their finest, not much depth.

From tap at Cotteridge Wines at the Ratebeer Convention Birmingham 02.06.22. Cloudy pale amber. White head and lacing. Acidic aroma of pure brett and lemons. Dry.Quffable, but not very complex.

On tap at Cotteridge Wines. Hazy old gold colour lasting white head. Some sourness on aroma. some age too some wood. some sourness inouth. some good green gage and sour white plum flavour. OK.

Keg at Kernel arch 7; clear amber pour with zero head, aroma has tart citrus, taste has citrus, slight funk.

Draft: Poured an orange golden with a white head. Aroma is straw, barnyard, woodsy, vinous, fruity. Taste is tart, fruity, grapes, vinous, tangy.

Keg at Mother Arch II, 20/05/22. Clear golden to light amber with an off white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is tarte citric zest, lemon tinged straw, white grape must, grains, light yeast tickle. Taste comprises tarte stoned fruits, hedgerow, lemon rind, grape must, light funk, dusty straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte climax. Solid well balanced saison.
Hmm, hadde ventet mer kompleksitet, men her blir det meste overdøvet av syre, og den er litt melkesyreaktig. Får meg til å tenke på en del gode fremfor en kompleks videre det garde. Kanskje noe alkoholisk, men også det drukner i syre.
