Our Pils is a beautiful representation of German pilsner malt and noble hops. This beer is for the drinker who prefers a little more hop presence with a subtle bite that dissipates smoothly into a depth of floral, herbal, and honey flavor. We pour this beer slowly (be patient, it’s worth it!) over the course of approximately five minutes to allow all of the aromas and flavors to meld into your glass and deliver it to you with a soft pillowy head. The inspiration for this beer comes from Brewer Tom’s unforgettable experience drinking his favorite Pilsner in the German Alps.

On tap at the brewery. Clear golden with large white head. Malty, grainy, nice subtle bitterness in finish. Pretty clean.

16oz can. Doesn't have the head that it had at the brewery. Pretty awesome Pils. World Class stuff really. Bready malts, and a zesty, full noble hop tone. Perfect balance, awesome execution. This is what I hope the future of US Pils tastes like. Supremely enjoyable beer, no gimmicks in sight.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beers. Aroma has has lots of hay and straw with a hint of grass underlying. Flavor has lots of grass and hay with a bit of straw in the finish.

Slow pour. Clear pale golden, merlin white head, great lacing. Aroma of grain, grass, noble hop, floral notes. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, clean. Light body, fluffy.

Draft preview at Orange and Brew. This new beer is pretty nicely dialed in. A bright gold color under a thin head. Smell brings out the spicy Noble hops. That hop bitterness is up front on the tongue, backed by a dry today malt. Lacks the salt soft water profile of a fully Bohemian pils, which makes this more pleasant. A little complex to be a mere lawnmower beer, but still ideal for this summer weather.
