RBESG 2010, magnum bottle
Explosive bottle quite gushing; cloudy amber color; nice creamy head. There is the classic BFM sour aroma, but more delicate than usual, with wood, lightly vinous, very elegant. The body strength is medium, also because of the high carbonation; malt flavor, with mild sourness and wine character, very well balanced, with also a light residual sweetness. The final is woody. This version is sublime, elegant, very well balanced.

(VJ2 Edition; 2009) Pours a dark cherry red. Nose is sour cherry and oak. Taste is very smooth sour cherry and oak. A bit expensive, but it hides the alcohol very well and is as smooth as can be.
