A strong dry-hopped porter inspired by the stouts from the 18th century typically exported to the British colonies. Brewed with all British malt and hops, including a large dry-hop of UK Cascade from Brook House Hops in Herefordshire.

deep dark, almost black colour, moderate sized creamy beige head; aroma of piney, toasted rye bread crusty, burnt woody, cocoa powder/dark chocolate, some grapefruity and berry notes; taste has the same notes with some spiciness in the aftertaste; great one! thank you so much for sharing, kapusil!

0.44l can. Jet black body with a lasting brown head. Aroma and taste of chocolate, grape seed, blackberries and some grapefruit. Smooth creamy texture. Very nice.

440ml can from Chez Sophie. Pours deep dark brown, good tan head. Excellent porter with good malt depth and lovely smooth sweetness. Nicely rich at times with mild pine notes.

Can thanks to cgarviuk. Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque. Beige head. Nose - oats and caramel. Just an edge of pine. Dark chocolate. Taste - roasty and piney. Caramel and light smoke. Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle. Dry, roasty finish. Overall - good.

Foamy tan head on a near black body. Malt, blueberry & sweet boozy aroma. Medium bodied, smooth, soft & sticky in the back. Malt, blueberry, malt & tangy citrus tastes. Excellent.
