A blend of Foedre aged wild ale and fresh saison refermented with blackberries and jasmine. A rush of blackberry seeds, peach nectar and tangerines finishes with lingering traces of soft oak, inky merlot and jasmine flowers.

On tap at Off Color - The Mousetrap, pours a clear dark copper amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of tart blackberries, subtle jasmine, and some oaky vinous notes. Flavour is floral, with tart blackberries, jasmine, some oak, and subtle wild yeast. The jasmine works well to temper the acidity and provide some gentle floral overtones. Nice stuff.

250ml bottle. Awesome real blackberry tone, but overall this one is a little eaten up, displaying some of those undesirable qualities or over aging, oversouring ect at first at least...but grew on me pretty quick, just a better executed product than most of its peers. A little winey. Not my favorite, but still pretty good.

Pours a clear, darker amber. Scent is caramel, almost a special belge style beer. Elegance isn't lost, fairly light cola nuts as well. Taste is smooth, caramel, fruits, acidic, colanuts, lovely and unique.
