Dorée sur un léger col blanc
Arôme sur un bouquet que je trouve organique / funk sensation de concentré de fruits noirs / pas de signe de poire du moins dans ce que j’attendais d’un poiré – nez plus sur le funk et sauvage en rétro-nasal.
Palais est sur un léger funk – acidulé, effet poire discret avec une acidité qui reste bien présente et une sécheresse également très marquée.

Bottle. Clear straw. Very bright and clear with short lasting bright head. Dry funk, light earthy, white grapes, starfruit. Very bright, funky and soft fruity but not a ton of pears as such. Light wood and leather. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, very crisp and over medium dry. Lovely!

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is pears, quite funky, a touch barn. Taste is minerals, pears, a bit earthy, very dry and fresh, firestone in the back. Sparkly carbonation. Very dry, very good!
