330ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 23. Deep hazed gold appearance with a large white head. Seemed eager to leave the can. Aroma of mild doughy yeast. Red wine barrel aging does come through, as does the cider lees though the saison yeast doesn't seem to sing the high notes. Could be more harmonious, not convinced the cider lees and red wine barrel compliment each other, but it's an interesting sipper.

17th April 2023; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie, five guys drinking and chatting with plenty of snacks. Cheers Simon for the 33cl can of this: BB 25th April 2025. Misty golden pour, white head. Red wine hints with a subtle apple/cider twist, didn't find any Saison-ness to be honest.

33cl can. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of wood, pale malt, grapes. Taste of mid sourish grapes, strong pale malt.

Mild hefiger, frischer würzig-hellmalziger Beginn. Spritzig, leicht vinöse Noten, weiße Trauben. Zum Ende deutlich schwächer, geringe Herbe, mittellanger Abgang. Gutes Aroma, schwaches Volumen und Abgang. 9/10/8/8/11/8
