Čeprav se po nekaj požirkih zdi, da je Clefovov Angel božanskega izvora, njegov pravi izvor seže v deželo craft pivovarn – zahodno obalo Amerike.

Ameriškima vrstama hmelja, Amarillo in El dorado, ki pivu dajeta značilen saden značaj, je dodan savinjski Magnum, ki na brbončicah pusti prijetno grenak pookus.

Op tap bij de brewpub. Amber kleur, witte kraag. Citrus, harsig, licht bloemig en fruitig, licht moutig, hint van caramel, lichte oldskool-vibe, degelijk bitter. Lichte body. Prima.

On tap at Pivo & Burger Fest Ljubljana. Darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, light fruity nose. Fruity, light citrusy, buttery and weak herbal with short bitterish sweetish finish.

Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of caramel, ripe tropical and stone fruit. Pours cloudy amber color, with medium sized soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet caramelly and toasted, following is herbal, stone and dried fruity, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Angel of death…

[West Coast IPA 6.5% abv] 0.33 l bottle at Krigl, Slovenske Konjice. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Lightly hoppy, fruity, stone fruit, peach, apricot. Bitterness. Smooth, fruity, light finish.

Tap, Celje beer fest. Almost clear amber-golden, sizeable though not lasting white head. Millder fruity nose, peachy with some shampoo and resing more in the back. Quite sweet, fruity andcaramel, with very mild bitterness. Shorter aftertaste. Lighter body. Not bad, but sweetness is too strong.
