A mixed fermentation beer with tart cherries, aged in oak barrels for 18 months. This one is a blend of several beers aged in various red wine barrels and using multiple varieties of tart cherries. This one is quite a different one from the Here and Now: Cherry with different taste profile. Cherries are such a perfect fruit that work so well in beers. This one is another of mine interpretations of the classic cherry beers. The name bears the title of one of the more decent Bob Dylan's songs. Na zdraví!

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others Intensive red color with small white head. Cherries, juicy, medium sourness. Medium bodied.

0,75l bottle at charity tasting at home shared by Barna, big thanks. redish color, small white head. Smells berry notes, funky, earthy, grassy. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes berry notes, citric, grassy, bit lactic, spices, peppery, leathery, grassy. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of leather, berry and notes grassy notes. rather dry one but overall quite good.

18/VI/22 - 75cl bottle @ De La Sambre Saison Festival, BB: n/a (2022-747) Thanks for sharing!

Clear to little cloudy carmine to deep red beer, small creamy light pink head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of cherries, oxidized, some almonds, marzipan, more fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, lots and lots of cherries, a bit oxidized, nice acidity. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, earthy, lots of cherries, oxidized, nice stuff!

Flaska från Jiri. Tjusigt mörkröd med rosavit stor krona. Ganska anonym i doften i inledningen, mer mörk druva än körsbär, men växer till och har en väldigt fin körsbärsbukett, lättare, med mycket mandeltoner och körsbärstoner åt det fruktigare hållet. Fyllig smakmässigt och samtidigt lätt, snygg och elegant.
