On tap at Borefts 2022. Hazy brown red pale. lasting beige head. now that us nice. Best sour of the day so far. fruity red fruits. grenache. Good balancing sour. sweetness from the strength. Good.

Rusty colour with no head. Aroma and flavour of overripe fruits. Juicy and tangy. Quite a sherbet sourness.

Tap. Hazy amber color with no head. Aroma is sweet jam, nutty, wood. Taste is jam again, woody, leather, a bit tannic in the back. Not bad.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A slightly hazy orange golden beer. Aroma of ripe cherries, red fruits, some vinegar. Taste of mild sourish and strong grapes, wood, brett.

Clear to little cloudy amber beer, no head. Aroma: funky, lots of brett notes, lemony, dry, a bit spicy, malty, some caramel, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, lots of caramel, alcohol, a little bitter, spicy, very sour, acidic, more spices. Aftertaste: very sour, acidic, dry, a bitter touch, earthy, tobacco, some alcohol noticeable.

Süß-säuerlicher Beginn, moderat fruchtig. Spritzig, etwas monoton. Ok. 7/10/8/9//8

What is wrong with people and their ratings? This beer is incredible! Fairly malty, sweet, with a pretty light acidity to it. Morpheus sings from all sides; lovely fruity peach, balanced perfectly with the vinous barrel. Delicious.
