IT'S KVEIK, NOT QUACK—a severely juicy IPA, high-temp fermented using the Loki (A43) strain from Imperial Yeast 👑

The kveik brings a nice dry-ish vibe, with underripe pineapple and green apricot, balanced by all the blond fruit that Motueka, HBC586 and Strata hops can bring—musty grape, pear, mango, spicy maracuja—but also a sharp grassy bite in the finish. 🍍🥭🍐

And don’t forget—the ducks in the park are actually free 🤫

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is very fruity, good maracuja, mango, pineapple and coconut. Taste is the same, very good haze character. A bit dancing on the tongue. Good!

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of intense juicy hops, yellow fruits, yeast, mango. Taste of damn juicy hops, yellow fruits, wheat malt, yeast. Nice.

Cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, very dank and hoppy, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, more dank hops, very decent, I love it! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, lots of dank hops, spicy, dry, more bitterness, tropical fruits, juicy. Aftertaste: dank, hoppy, citrus notes, tropical fruits, grassy bitterness, dank finish.

Frischer, grasig hopfiger Beginn, geringe aber vorhandene Herbe. Rund, im Mittelteil etwas trocken, rund. Mittellanger, langsam ausschleichender Abgang. 9/9/10/9//10
