33 cl bottle. Pours dark brown, small tan head. Aroma is deep fruity, sour to earthy/wooden. Sweet, sour. Solid berry fruity. Sweet and sour finish.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, chestnut colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Toasty, minimally chocolately, dark malty aroma, yeasty fruity and slightly lactic, hints of chocolate, a touch of dark berries. Taste is dry, tart, slightly yeasty fruity, chocolately and minimally toasty, dark malty, hints of dark berries, a lactic touch. Watery texture, slightly dry and astringent palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Mild and balanced, not overly complex - OK.

Appearance: Hazy orange/brown colour with a tan head.
Aroma: Sour, fruit, cherries, funk, yeast.
Body: Medium body, low to medium carbonation.

Tap @MBCC 2022, Green Session. Clear brown, offwhite head. Malty, sourish aroma. Sour flavour, malty, caramely. Weird.

Datk brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a pleasant tartness. Dark malts. Simple but does the job well.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear orange brown beer. Aroma of sour cherries, wood and brett. Taste of sour cherries, red fruits, brett, hints of vinegar.

23/IX/22 - 75cl bottle @ Borefts Day 1, BB: n/a (2022-1193) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear dark red amber to brown beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, intense, a big funky, wild ferment, red berries, juicy, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, lots of red fruits, little bitter, dry, a bit spicy, acidic, very nice. Aftertaste: lovely acidity, dry, juicy, very nice, pleasant and refreshing sour beer. I really like it!
