A vivid purple colour from the fruit, with a rich tart plum flavour, complemented wonderfully by the complex barrel aged wild ale that is Time Lord (a blend of 3 different vintages, the oldest being 5 years).

From tap at Borefts 2022. Nicely fruity with a little funk. Red fruit, plum, lively carbonation. Tart and sour, bit puckering. Medium body. Great.

Hazy pink colour with foamy head. Aroma and flavour have a generic fruity sourness. Not sure it's particularly plummy but is very nice.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A hazy pinkish beer. Aroma of sour red fruits, cherries, brett. Taste of sour cherries, red fruits, candies.

Tap. Hazy red-pinkish color with pinkish head. Aroma is plum indeed. Taste is fresh plum, pretty funky, very tart. Taste is the same, quite bretty, funked up, dry and mineraly finish. Sparkly carbonation. Good one!

On tap at Borefts 2022. Cloudy raspberry colour. lasting pink head. Good fruity aroma. Some sourness. sour aroma. some sweet plum. decent enough good balance.

A surprising amount of flavour for a plum wild, which are usually fairly subtle and smooth. Lots of ripe plum, sweet, fruityness. Base is nicely sour, with a little bit of vinegar and some funk. Very tasty, nice amount of fruit.

23/IX/22 - on tap @ Borefts Day 1, BB: n/a (2022-1173) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Cloudy pale-ish pink red beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: very funky, sourish impression, wild yeast, lactobacillus, sweet touch, plum flavoured candy. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, dry, very acidic, lemon juice, very sour, fruity touch. Aftertaste: still really acidic, some vinegar even, and a little fruity. Could’ve done with a bit more fruit flavour, and a little less acid (vinegar is not a good acidity).
