From tap at Borefts 2022. Vintage 2021. Vinous with an aroma of oak, white wine, grape, funk vinegar, touch of lemon. Acidic sourness, light bitter.

Tap. Pretty clear golden color with no head. Aroma is yellow fruits, gooseberries, pretty wild. Taste is barn, yellow fruits, jammy, pretty strongly acidic in the back, borderline parmigiano. A bit too much for me.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear yellow golden beer. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, grapes, apples. Taste of sourish grapes, apples, pale malt.

Borefts XII Day 2. Almost clear paleish gold beer , small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a good fine crispness. Thin malts provide less than the bare minimum of sweetness for me. Tart winey back end, getting acetic. Light dry finish. A bit acetic for me.

Clear orange beer, no head. Aroma: sourish impression, malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, sourish notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: weird, very sourish, lemony, dry, spicy, wood notes, tannins. Aftertaste: spicy, dry, alcohol, brett notes, meh. Not bad, but not convincing either.
