[December 2022] Hazy burnt gold with a bubbly white head. Dry and bitter, with piney notes and a soft, slightly fruity light malt backbone

On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a hazy golden amber with a medium sized foamy white head and good lacing. The nose has grains and some hints of malts. In the mouth it is quite bitter, with flavours of traditional hops, pine and oranges plus traces of herbs and peaches. Fairly soft carbonation too. This is decent, but I would call it an ISA rather than an APA due to the hoppiness.

Can bought at Hop Locker 1, Southbank. Low key aroma - Light resin and malts. A slight haze to the golden body. Delicate microbubbled foam white head. Medium bitter. Pine. Herbs. Underlying malts. Light. Slick if thin. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Crisp APA. Slips down.

Keg @ House of Grain. Misty gold appearance, small white head. Aroma has light fruity citrus. Taste is crisp, light, with gentle fruity hop notes. Light and sessionable if a little thin with a modest hop presence.
