On tap at Meddlesome Moth, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple/pear skins and gentle funk. Flavour is tart and tangy, with plenty of quince and subdued funk. The funk is buried, I guess drowned out by the quince. But the complexity isnοΏ½t as impressive here. Seems a bit lacking for Tilquin, while still being a solid sour.
