Out of the bottle @ Craft Mainz 2017. Malty grainy beginning. Easy to drink with a floral main part, smooth mild grainy caramelly aftertaste.

0,33 l bottle purchased directly from the brewery. Unclear pale golden, more than one finger white head. Smells definitive hopy, some grape and citrus. Taste starts dry hopy fruity, fresh and crisp. Increasing bitterness in the second row but below Pale Ale style. Also some fruity sweetness and caramell. Really nice one.

26-11-16 // sample at CraftBeerMesse Mainz. Pretty easy to drink and light beer but with a nice complexity of malts and hop bitterness. Really enjoyed it. Citrus and grassy hop notes.

Tap at BKL. Crisp German hops. Hazy golden, offwhite white layer. Medium body, mellow mouthfeel light fruity berry start.fresh hops on cookie malt. Great balance, a all day beer.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes dunkel goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlichem Schaum. Geruch malzig, hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig grasig, malzig, leicht würzig.

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, stable small lacy head, moderate, but distinctive flovery "noble" hops in the aroma, woody and citrussy traces underneath plus mildly toasted malts; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, pretty soft; lingering aromatic hoppy finish with citric edges. Good....

Bottle 750ml. w. swing top.Clear medium to dark yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, hay, grain, moderate to heavy straw, light hoppy, old grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, straw, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120211]
