Keg at The Rake, almost no head, hazy pale orange colour, white wine vinegar, citrus, some fruitiness and flowers, strong almost piercing sourness. Very nice.

Can at Joe's.pours hazy golden, nose is massive yuzu, funk, floral, taste is tart, zesty citrus, sweet, green pepper, dry finish.

From tap at Dog & Bell, Deptford, London, 26.09.22. Clody straw colour. Not much head. Aroma and taste of lactic acid, sour tropical fruits and apricot. Good drinkability. Dry mothfeel and lingering sourness.
