4/XI/23 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent), shared @ home, BB: XII/2024, lotnr: R2122022 (2023-888)
Pretty cloudy orange to beige beer, huge creamy solid irregular off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, some citrus, some tropical fruits, a little juicy, sourish impression. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a little sourish, malty, grains, lemony, passion fruit, a little bitter. Aftertaste: bitter, lots of citrus, zesty, grapefruit, nice stuff, pretty refreshing.

Pours a hazed blonde. Medium large white head. Scent is full, lemongrass. Yuzu is very specific, fairly loud, but a bit simple. Taste is sharp, overly aromatic, drying spices, balance is very lost here - making it even a bit soapy. Sourness is a bit of a joke, and seems to be more by the yuzu than the actual basebeer.

Huge, just off-white head spilling over the glass, revealing hazy darker yellow beer. Coriander² but also citrus². Real or fake - the first, as no coriander was added. Sweet citrus in the flavour, finish is pure citrus, no more coriander impressions, and only very slightly sour. Light to medium bodied, light for its ABV, quite stable. Grew on me. Nose is to reminiscent of coriander-overloaded wits, but the flavour rectifies the case.
