Can, from Warehouse Liquors, Chicago IL. Pours murky dark brown with a large spongy tan head, dark chocolate aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter dark chocolate taste with citrus peel, smooth body, long bitterish dark chocolate-coffee finish. Interesting brew, more like a porter than an IPA.

17 September 2022. At Tapster Wicker, Chicago. Shared with the lovely Anke!

Hazy black, stable, foamy, beige head. Aroma of pistachio, mango, orange peel, medicine. Taste has sweetish plum & mango over toasty, nutty maltiness. Herbal hoppy finish with citrus & medicinal notes. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Okay, bit weird (hehe).
