Cloudy peach orange to light pink beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, a little fruity, peaches, a bit malty, soapy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty start, floral, a bit fruity, bitter touch, hoppy notes. Aftertaste: grassy, bitter, a bit herbal, dry, malty touch, ok but not great.

Dose 0,44l: Golden, deutliche Trübung, sehr kräftiger stabiler mittelporiger Schaum; fruchtige + leicht würzige Nase, leichte Süße, kräftige fruchtige Hopfennoten, Zitrusnoten, fruchtige Säure, exotische Früchte, Mandarinen, Grapefruit, florale/kräutrige Noten, Malz, Getreide, Hefearomen, dezente Eichenaromen, fruchtig-würzige Bitterkeit; fruchtiger + recht würziger Körper, leichte Süße, eher trockene Hopfennoten, floral/kräutrig, trockene Zitrusnoten, Limetten, Limettenabrieb, Malz, Getreide, cremig, moderate Kohlensäure, leichte Hefearomen, würzige Eiche; fruchtig-würziger Nachgang

aroma is mainly citrussy. reminds me of discoteques in the basements of mallorca where they used some sort of detergent to keep things relatively clean, and that detergent smelled super much like artificial lemon like this beer does. not sure if i like it or hate it, but it was fun times back in the early 1990s 8 bit more seriously, we have a solid oak aroma here, which might have confused me a bit, thinking lemon and lime. flavor is sawdust, cedar wood, malts, vanilla.totally wood, cedar wood, vanilla in the flavor, holy moly if you ever want a 4.7% beer that is woody, this is a good match.

ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, oak, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, oak - wood, pale malt, sweet malt, grass, minerals - light salty, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230210]

44cl can. A almost clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mid sweet grainy malt, straw, some wood. Taste of mild sweet pale malt, straw, hints of oak chips.

Leichtes Gushing. Mild herber Beginn, geringe Karbonisierung. Getreidig, moderat bitter, süffig. Zunehemend getreidig, weiche Bitterkeit, wenig holzig. Mittellanger Abgang. Ok, unspannend. 8/8/9/8/9/8

0.44 l can from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before September 2023. Almost clear, golden with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, quite fruity-floral, a bit grassy-spicy aroma of pineapple, lemon peel, gooseberry and some fresh grass. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral and gently grassy-spicy taste of grains, pineapple, gooseberry, lemon peel and some fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. As pleasant as the standard version, I don't taste any difference at all. Maybe a it's a bit less hoppy, a little smoother, but that's about it and I'm not even sure if this is really the case.
