Sein Antrunk moussierend leicht spritzig, prickelnder, kerniger, malziger, Körper, erinnernd an Waldhonig, Karamel und Roggenbaguette. Geküsst und durchzogen von würzigem, in der Mitte, des Trunkes explodierendem BIO-Aromahopfen Perle.

Hopfen und Malz aus 100 % biologischem Anbau.

Clear golden with a huge off white head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel and hints of grassy hops. Flavor had toasted malt, caramel, grassy hops and it finished slightly bitter.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and lighter notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of bread and toffee, leading to a finish where a light note of metal show up.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081004]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully diminished white head. Mild fruity aroma arising from the light roasted malt. Smooth caramel and slight roasted malty base flavour with a mild fruity note. Lingering malty finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and caramellish nose. Medium body with sweetish caramel notes. Basically no bitterness. A pleasant brew. 041008

Bottle, 5.5%. OK fruity aroma. Clear dark amber colour. Very small head. The flavour is quite sweet, OK malty, hint of vinousness. A little spicy hops in the finish.

Aroma: Honeyish malt, some flowers and a bit bitterness. Color: Orange to tarnished copper, low creamy head. Taste: Malt dominates and the vienna malt is evident, flavors in general are very subdued however. Medium body, solid mouthfeel.
