Flaska från Antidoot, 2022. Tjusigt lilaröd i färgen med rosavit krona. Inledningsvis rätt snäll i aromen. Ingen pangare körsbärsmässigt, utan det är fortfarande i grunden väldigt mycket en cider. Mycket klassisk Antidoot-ciderkaraktär som liksom fylls ut av en lite syltig körsbärs-ton. Körsbärsvinet blir mer framträdande efter en stund i glaset. Gott.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 08/2022. BB 30.08.2025. deep dark red color, small white fast disappearing head. smells cherries, lots tannins, marzipan, cherry pits, spices, tea notes, apples, some funkiness. intense lovely smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes apples, cherries, grapes, tannins, cherry pits, spices, light earthy notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly bubbly with notes of apples, cherries and some tannins. Lovely stuff. Love the intense fruit and tannin notes. Great color. Just the finish is a bit short. Hoping to see another batch of this!
