Lattina. Al naso arrivano impressioni di luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido appare limpido. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e la durata è lunga e duratura. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Sul palato si riportano indizi di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e frutta tropicale.

Keg at La Osita, Madrid. Pours light hazed gold with white foam. Aroma: grapefruit dominates, hops, floral, herbal. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, lightly dry on the palate. Medium body with soft carbonation. Very pleasant.

Can thank you Daniele. Golden pour unfiltered, tick white foamy head (stable). Nose: moderare fruity aroma, sweet malty, hoppy pellet. Mouth: frizzy carbonation almost sparkling, the body is rather this, bitterness is medium and pleasant in the end leaving the palate clean. Sweet resinous mouthfeel.
