Draft at the source. Ruby red, light pink head. Tart cherries, yeast, spice, some breadiness.

8.5oz bottle. Bright, dry, quite cleaned up but still has decent natural cherry tone. Kind of drinks like a Berliner Weisse, a pinch more depth I suppose. Excellent brewing, enjoyable beer, perhaps not as much cherry as I would have liked.

Pours clear dark orange, scent is gingerbread, very christmassy. Coockies, very - very different than expected. Taste is sharp, biscuits, gingerbread. Malty, elegant and crisp. Mild tartness. Amazingly different than expected. A christmas sour if ever I tried one.
