A collaboration with Colorado's Cerebral that has the first pitch in the UK of a brand new yeast from WHC that has some very cool enzyme activity resulting in the production of increased flavour. This increases the fruity flavour in the final beer (think mango, guava and passionfruit) on top of Chinook hops to the mash and selected varieties for dry hopping to boost these flavours even more.

Can picked up at Kihoskh and drunk at home (11/09/2022) - opaque yellow with a white head. Vibrant punchy juicy fruity with waves of grapefruit and mango, lychee, sweet malty support, assertive dank hoppy finish. Beautiful, really comes together well and drinks well below its 8%abv

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with a good fine minerally crispness. Light smooth pale malts, a good level of creamy sweetness to support the forward hops. A good helping of hop spice starts to bite immediately. Getting past that, there is nice bright fruity hops, good Idaho 7 citrus and tropical fruits actually bossing the Citra. Riwaka brings a touch of lime and mild floralness. Finishes light and and plenty hop spicy. Another good dipa from Track. Bright and spicy and very drinkable.

On tap at Track, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, some pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite dank in the hop department, with sweet citrus, pine, and green hops. Not too chalky but the hops are a little green. It's alright.
