Troebel donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is fris fruitig, licht zuur met iets van banaan. Komt echter wat vlak over. Al met al een gewoon bier.

Bamberg jolly day 2 25/01/2014. Bottle shared at the brewery. Greyish orange in coloure with a white frothy head. Aroma is tart, orange, citriuc acid and bready malts. Flavour is decent orange and clove yeast esters. Crisp dryish palate, somewhat thin. Acid tart acids in the finish . Bready doughy malts.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle shared at Neder - Forchheim, 25/01/14. Slightly hazed orange amber with a big old white head. Nose is tangy citrics, orange, grass, toffee, light spice, clove. Taste comprises caramel, banoffee pie, epice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation. Solid hefe.

500ml bottle. Hazy dark yellow with firm white head. Sourish yeasty aroma with a hint of banana. Fresh, fizzy common Hefeweizen taste, citrussy, but without spice or fruit or any distinctive feature. Solid average.
