Bottle at the brewery tap, Forchheim, Saturday 10th June 2023. Pours hazy yellow with a huge pillowy white head and some specks of yeast atop, kudos to the barperson for a fantastic pour. Fresh, a little spicy with a touch of yeastyness and citrus. Good carbonation, nice mouthfeel, banana touches here but not prominent. Very good.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Toasted malt and light wheat aroma. Toasted malt and light citrus flavor with light wheat. Medium bodied. Toasted malt and light citrus linger with light wheat.

Gold with a tall, frothy head. Banana and brown sugar aroma. Taste heads in another direction—mild to moderate bitter with a mix of grains, bananas and apples. Light bodied, mildly watery texture, lacks chewiness. Below average for the style.

50cl Bottle at 't Kelkje. Hazy golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, banana, wheat, unripe fruit. Flavour is medium sweet, some banana, spicy yeast, nutmeg, some clove, light peppery, wheat, soft bitter finish. Light bodied. Decent Weizen.

Bottle. Golden with grey clods and massive golden cream. Spicy and somewhat dusty dry Franconian Weissbier nose. Medium light dry mellow mouthfeel. Allspice, old fruitbasket, clay, orangepeel. Fresh, pleasant, typical.

Bottle shared at the brewery during the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours cloudy gold with a big, white foam head. Good one, if a little basic. Some citrus fruit accents, prominent sugary wheat, a little yeast expression. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Further sugary wheat in the finish, a hint of white bread. Nice and drinkable.
