A deep dark stout with a thick creamy mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee notes, vanilla, very nice. On tap at BYD by 1826 restaurant, Suntec City, SG.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5
Draft at 1826, Boat Quay, Singapore. Poured almost black in colour, with a lasting frothy tan head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is roasty malt, with a rich, smooth, creamy, chocolate, light liqourice, coffee palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
