Keg at the Letra taproom, Porto, 28/10/22. Hazed light orange with little in the way of a head. Nose is crisp apple, straw, grains, light funk. Taste comprises modest funk, tangy apple, caramelised sugars, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Hazy and very pale greenish-yellow colour, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Interesting aroma of apple varieties that are not found in Northern Europe. Dry flavour of apples, some fruity acidity.
