A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of tart apricot, farmhouse yeast, pepper. Taste of intense pepper, farmhouse yeast, apricot, intense spicy finish.

Pours a darker amber. Very spicy saison, rye is recognizable and so is the saison yeast. No clue what passion peppers are supposed to taste like, though - perhaps it's also helping this spicy character ? Medium full body. Nice.
