Cask at Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fa. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with modern fruity and floral notes. Sweetish malty flavour with fruity notes and a medium bitter finish.

Pours a quite clear light amber with one and a half finger of white head. Recedes relatively quick, but still leaves nice lacing. Pretty vivid and fresh aroma shows a dominant fruity character (notes of orange and apricot, in the likes of mature/jam-like sweet fruitiness), with an undernote of biscuity, slightly honeyish malts and a hint of floral/tea-like notes. Taste notes of biscuity malts with lighter caramel and honey undernotes, fresh fruitiness as per aroma, the slightest floral and earthy hint in finish and aftertaste. Overall mild/delicate in both sweetness and bitterness as the style demands, with none standing out, though the beer may be overall a little sweeter than style average. Light bodied with light to medium, softly tingling carbonation; a very classic per style quaffable mouthfeel. Overall a very solid bitter example.
