Die Braumeister von Herren Premium Bier beherrschen aber nicht nur die Braukunst für untergärige Biere. Mit dem Herren Premium Weizen ist ihnen ein vorzügliches obergäriges Bier gelungen. Bei diesem Verfahren schwebt die Hefe auf der Oberfläche des Jungbieres. Weil das Brauen bei höheren Temperaturen möglich ist, verläuft der Prozess hier schneller.
Das leicht trübe Herren Hefeweizen überzeugt mit seiner fruchtigen Note. Passend zur bayrischen Herkunft der Originalrezeptur schmeckt das Weißbier besonders zu Spezialitäten aus der regionalen Küche, wie Haxe oder Weißwurst. Aber auch milde Käsesorten, Quarkspeisen oder Spargel sind gute Begleiter zu diesem spritzigen Bier.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Mild malty-yeasty aroma. Starts mild, malty, yeasty. Modest dry. Shy fruity hints of banana. Not too sweet. Shy hoppy background. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! BB 14.07.2025. Murky yellow golden in the glass, nearly two finger white foamy head. Some yeast and pale grain on the nose. Taste starts flat, orange, dry with increasing grainy bitterness. Above average carbonation. Meh.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a white head. Banana and yeast in the nose - as expected. Medium body, fruity and yeasty, perhaps a little to the rought side with a minerally and chalky yeast dominance. Flavorwise the banana and clove are faint, while the carbonation is up. Subdued bitterness. A Hefe to the thin side. 111121

500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Wheaty malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, a touch of dried banana, clove, whiffs of lemon. Taste is minimally dry and sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity, minimally citrusy and yeasty spicy, soapy opening, hints of banana, some lemon, a touch of clove. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, soft carbonation. Nothing special - tolerable.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann', best before September 2020. Hazy, pale yellow with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, some clove and a touch of pear. Gently sweet, malty, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, some vanilla and a touch of pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy and a little chalky finish. Medium body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid Weizen.

Bottloe found in the Big Box Getränkehalle Nordhorn. Golden color, hazy. Creamy head. Banana and cheap lemon sweets in the aroma. Thin. lemony flavor with banana. Easy drinker, thirst quenching but lacks bite. Still pleasant enough though.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of yeast, banana and mild clove. Taste of sweet bananas, yeast and some clove, boring!

Bottle, 5.5%. Weak banana aroma, slightly spicy and citric. Cloudy golden colour. Very big stable creamy white head. The flavour starts off watery, has some banana and a little paper. Low bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours darkish straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt, banana and yeast, with some sourish notes. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with sourish grainy notes. Rather watery. Drinkable but not entirely clean.
