Named for its intoxicating aroma, our Cider Maker, Nick returns to this aromatic blend of local apples time and time again. The resulting cider is like a mouthful of pink apple blossoms, honey, and smells of a warm spring day. Roma has just the right amount of tart acidity and wild complexity to wake your taste buds from hibernation.

Bottle from their cider club. Three weeks in the fridge. Maybe it settled some. Lo-ball glass @home. A hazy, still, orange on yellow brew. Big, offensive, plastic/polymer/rubber off gas & Play-Doh smell. Breathe baby breathe. It neutralizes somewhat with time, but that sucked. With ample time, sweet & savory orange flavors flush a bit of wild & yeasty notes. The rubber is so obvious even in the flavor though. It does not fully disappear. Yeasty, juicy, approachable abv. Just an ugly batch. Will check back in a couple years.
