Bottle bb 2027. Golden body, with a moderate head. Aroma of white grapes, white wine, citrus, slight elderflower. Taste has more elderflower. Medium mouthfeel, with a low carbonation. Finishes quite tart, citric, with elderflower and some vinegar. Very nice vinous notes, with the elderflower well integrated. A bit too tart towards the finish for my taste. 0,75l bottle at home. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, elder flowers, earthy, grassy. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, lactic, subtle elder flowers, light sweetness, herbal, lime. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of citrus, lime and herbal notes. Nice one, rather on the citric side, like a lemonade

Bottle. A hazy pale golden colored beer with close to no head, thus no lacing. The aroma has a distinct elderflower touch, with hints of yellow apple. Funky, with leather, lemon and barnyard, and a faint note of pale malts. It's semi-tart on the palate, lightly acidic, and with a gentle carbonation. The flavor too is quite funky, hay, barnyard, leather, lemon, with a good elderflower touch and some apple and pale malts. Long finish. A delicious one indeed, refreshing and tasteful. 240509

Bottle @ home. Slightly unclear golden body under a fine white head. Aroma is acidic with lemon, pale malt, and bone-dry nature wine. Taste is dry, acidic grapes, soma pale malt, hint of mild wood, lemon and a slightly floral touch. Medium body with same, dry, acidic aftertaste. Nice one.
