Bottle: Clear, copper to light amber coloured, small and persistent creamy off-white head; distinctive fruity and caramelly nose, some hops detectable; almost dryish sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied; slightly increasing bitterness towards the darkmalty and darkbready finish. Quite good....

Bottle @ Berlin beer festival 2011. Cuivre, col blanc. Bière maltée laissant des notes liquoreuses. Retrouve un bon palais de malt cara, sucre brun, fruité avec de la pomme/pore caramélisés. Cet aspect liquoreux laisse un fini de sirop le tout pour un houblon laissant une amertume moyenne et une levure rappelant un peu le végétal.
