Celebratory dessert mead blend made with 2 parts CCV (Caramel Coconut Vanilla), 4 parts Groseille de Kvasir and 2 parts Holmen's Black Currants & Plums.
The first 242 blend we made was made to celebrate attending an event in Belgium that was cancelled due to COVID. This blend is made to celebrate finally being able to travel, visit old and new amazing places (some we were meant to visit back in 2020) and being able to pour our meads at events both in and outside Sweden.

Bottle. Clear pinkish-orange color with no head. Aroma is redcurrant, plums, honey too. Taste is pretty much plum juice and honey, sweet, a bit cloying. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Despite a decent tartness maybe a bit too straightforwardly sweet.
