Sample at MBCC 2024, Green session. Slightly hazy pale golden colour. Aroma and flavour of fruits and citrus peel.

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is leathery, some sour fruits, mild apricot and also a wee bit vinegary acidic elements. Flavour is earthy, sour fruity, some leathery and mild vinegary acidity to it.

Another world class sour. These guys just know how it’s done. Just damn near perfectly make in every respect. Lambic style ferment with just a touch of fruit. Nisha craft
