Bottle. Foggy amber colour. Off-white head. Good lacing. Nose: honey, nectar, light dank and hopburn, tropical hints. Medium body. Taste: robust biscuit malts followed by medium to heavy hop bitterness. Grapefruit, grass. Harsh. Fairly decent still unrefined.

Bottle from M&S Exmouth. Clear deep golden with a creamy off-white head leaving lacework. Resiny hop aroma. Quite light-bodied considering the abv, low in malty sweetness, hops not very fruity but unusually resiny, piney and herbal, leaving an long lasting incredible yet pleasant bitterness on the palate not your usual fruit-bomb IPA but with its very own, bitter-hoppy character.

Bottle at home from M and S, 7th August 18. Pours a copper colour. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus, some caramel. Taste is bitter marmalade, grapefruit, great bitterness, some candied citrus. Lovely bitter IPA, sick of all the insipid NEIPAs at this stage.

A real stone fruit flavour to this beer that to me should be classified as a DIPA. A nice dark colour, a good head and a really chunky mouth feel. I keep coming back to that stone fruit flavour which I thought was fantastic and set it apart from herd of IPAs that are in the market. Vive la difference!
