Keg at Ølgod - BCN. Pours black with a small, creamy brown head. Classic pastry. Medium to big sweet flavour but impressively not cloying. Some toasted marshmallows, vanilla, light chelate, light coffee, light roast, nips of raisin and cherry. Full bodied, lightly oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming and slightly sticky sweet. Tasty and really quite well balanced overall.

On tap at �lgod Craft Beer Bar, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is loaded with cinnamon and cassia bark, with a hint of vanilla and light roasted malt. Flavour is rich and decadent, with lots of cassia bark upfront, followed by gentle cinnamon and vanilla. Just enough roasted malt to hold this together. The cassia bark shines. Lovely stuff.

Tap@MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (14/05/2022) - sweet malty with chocolate, caramel sweetness, some vanilla, full body and spiced malty finish.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is actual pastry, some cinnamon, some chocolate, nice. Taste is restrained cinnamon, chocolate, not too sweet, more subtle and relaxed compared to other pastry. Sweet though. Oily mouthfeel with present carbonation. Cinnamon stick, I like!
