Color castaño oscuro, prácticamente negro, opaca, al servirla forma una fina y cremosa capa de espuma color canela, la cual se reduce a un anillo que permanecerá en el borde de la copa. Emana rico aroma a repostería, malta, brazo de gitano, chocolate, arrope...En boca es muy densa y cremosa, cálida, licorosa dulce, razonablemente bien equilibrada...Muy placentera

Draught@TCBW2022. Pitch black opaque colour with a small brown head. Aroma is cocoa, some alcohol, mild cinnamon and some sweet malts. Flavour is lactose, some toasted tones, cinnamon, mild cocoa, chocolate and some alcohol sweetness too.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice chocolate notes with some well balanced cinnamon notes and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also dominated by rich chocolate notes with some well-balanced cinnamon notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with a nice creamy texture and good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. I was anticipating over the top cinnamon but it is actually well balanced.
