Collaboration with Brussels Beer Project (4th already) because we felt the need to see our old friends again. Since this Belgium brewery is well knows for their non-Belgian beer styles we proposed to brew a new wave tripel. The beer is all the way tripel but we went a bit non-traditional with the spices using Douglas fir, lemongrass and telliccherry black pepper. The name is a famous comic personage from Brussels know in the Netherlands as Guust Flater.

On tap at Brussels Beer Project Canal, Sunday 4th September 2022 after the wonderful Cezanne in Provence digital art Installation at L'Atelier des Lumières and a walk around Père Lachaise Cemetery. Pours glowing orange gold with a white head, nice spiciness and the abv is easily hidden. A ripe, overipe soft fruitiness with, sweetness and a little honey.
