Minotaure is a deep Ruby Red with vinous, grape & fruity aromas. Taste is sour forest berries surrounded by woody notes & red wine with hint of cherry & a bitter finish. Pretty complex & pretty good!

SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Little cloudy reddish brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of red wine, dried fruits, tannins, wood notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, a bit oxidized, dried fruits, earthy, a bit sugary, bitter touch. Aftertaste: soft roast, alcohol, some chocolate, a bit malty, gentle acidity.
