Cask at Pigs Ear 2014 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a white froth cap. The nose is lemon rind, grain, hay and generic pale malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with some further citrus character, grains and grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Simple finish, a bit dry, more grain and hay. Fine.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light dry palate. Mild citric hops in a pale malt background. Light finish. Hard to say much more, pretty standard golden.
