On tap at Ammutsøn, pours a clear pale yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma is pretty standard, with green apple juice, apple skins, and light sugars. Flavour is essentially bone dry, with some tannins, hay, and musty apple skins. Dry, musty and crisp. Good.

Tap at Ammutsøn, gifted by the kind chef who convinced us to play Jenga! Funky wooden, barnyard notes on dry apples and pears, a hint bubblegum, quite dry body, tart, fine sparkling. dry apples, leather, apple and pear cores. Funky fun which hopefully wont make you topple over.

Tap at Ammutsøn, gifted by a kind chef of a nearby Swedish restaurant, for playing Jenga. Light golden. Funky, apple, pear, grapes. Sparkly spritzy, front heavy, then long; dry fruity sweetness. Nice.

Appearance: Very pale yellow, clear. Hazy end. Small, short lived fizzy white head. Aroma: Lots of apples, unripe. Taste: More unripe apples, citrus. Low sweetness. Ok cider. Bought: Drinks of the World (Bern), 330 ml, CHF 7.30 Info: 16/12-2022, BB: 31/3-2024

very hazy pale yellow colour, some snow-white head (which is a surprise in case of a cider); aorma and taste of apple, lemony, unripe (sour) grape, some unripe sour pineapple and earthy-wine cellary notes; definitely one of the best ciders I've ever tasted

At first sparkling clear, but end of bottle solid deposit making it fully hazy as pineapple juice. Intense cider/apple nose with spicy, herbal notes as drying spices on the rack. "Cidre de brasserie" - indeed, there's a certain beery finish after every sip - NOT hoppy. FInish is sweetish, but the carbonation lends it an aigre-doux upgrade. Hint of processed quinces, if not that sweet. Light to medium bodied with a slickness that is betraying the fruit. Good, if invisible carbonation. Interesting take on the classical cider idea. Thanks to Joren!
