Aged 1,5 years on American oak with a heavy degree of char, gives this stout a blend of brown sugar, butterscotch & Graham cracker with balanced sweetness.
The ABV is 15% making this a beast of a beer, however subtle enough flavors allow them to develop as the temperature changes. Basically, we have a bourbon Crème Brûlée with umami note on the end.

Black with a brown head - Dark malt with some roasted notes and coffee aroma - Dark malt body with chocolate and coffee flavourfs with some bitterness - malt flavours goes into the finish - This was real good

Bottle, 75cl. A small dense tan head forms and soon diminishes over a more or less black body. The aroma is super-complex and delicious, with roasted malts, alcohol, soy, tar notes, coffee, lots of dark chocolate and some spiced hints. It’s full-bodied and warming, in a nice way, with a gentle carbonation. Roasted malts, coffee and coffee grit hints, dark chocolate and a touch of soy, tar and a spiced hint. Alcohol too. Lasting finish with lots of dark malty goodyness. Sure a delicious beer, pity I reckon I won’t see this again. 231125

Bottle, 750 ml at Miro B's Grande. Shared with him, JFK10000, Zec, Max, Miro and Werckmeister. Black with tan head. Chocolate, cocoa, some dark fruit notes, barrel, nice bourbon profile. Tad warming. Full bodied.

Flaska från SB, 2021. Svart med beige krona. Toffee, fat, sött, lätt kexigt, massor av Bourbon, toner av s’mores, marshmallows, vanilj. Gott och ganska straight forward.
From backlog. Taster from 0,75 litre Bottle, at MBCC 23 Gold Beer Walk. Almost Black with light brown head. Roasted malts, coffee, Chocolate, Caramel, bourbon, oak.
