What an honour it is to be invited for BCBF 2022! For the love of Stéfan and his gang of co-organisers but MOST OF ALL for that sweetest of Frenchies...Billie, we brewed this India Pale Lager with Talus in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Azacca & Cascade.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Pours fairly clear, pale blonde. Small white head. Scent is full, vibrant lager yeast aroma. Milder but noticeable citrus. Taste is full, citrus, medium bitterness, still a recongizable lager though. An easy volume drinker . Thom scores again !

Draught Small white cover, clear golden beer. Fruity, grapey hops' nose, bit pale malts. Dry, fruity hops, again dry hops and ditto (bit peppery) malts. Light but quite slick. Excellent USA lager indeed.
